“Filled with vegan, veggie + gluten-free dishes for all you free-from foodies out there, it’s a menu powered by plants. No fake meats or substitutes around here, just some proper bangin’ food with ingredients from our sustainable suppliers.

Featuring some of our faves: the gluten-free flatbread, a beetroot reuben, our vegan sabich + zoo fries, it’s about time you round up your green gang + come try.”

 

Wagamama

This Veganuary, they’ve launched vegan tuna! “The vegan ‘tuna’ is made with dehydrated watermelon, which is then sliced, seared and served hot. Surprisingly, the look and texture of the dish is incredibly similar to tuna sashimi, although the flavour remains reminiscent of watermelon.”
