Caffe Culture Show

11 May Milk Matters: could free range dairy make your café cream of the crop?

If you’re at Caffe Culture at Olympia next week, take a break from cupping and come and listen in on the panel show we’re hosting, featuring Neil Darwent from Free Range Dairy Network, Bobby Bawa of Food Made Good Approved Supplier Foodspeed and chef Nitin Padwal of Petrichor at The Cavendish as they make the case for a higher standard of milk.

Be a winner – awards to enter:

KP of the Year

Ask many a chef and they’ll tell you that their KP is absolutely integral to the efficient running of their kitchen. Caterer and Food Made Good Approved Supplier Winterhalter are partnering for the fourth time to honour these kitchen heroes and find the best of them all. Take a moment to nominate yours. You have until 5 August.

The IGD Awards are a big food and grocery award night in October. There’s a new award this year for Food to Go Operator of the Year offering a great opportunity for an SRA business to shine. Food Made Good Approved Suppliers are eligible for most of the other awards too. It’s free to enter, and the deadline is end of May.
