- Edible food which isn't sold is redistributed by The Felix Project and Too Good To Go
- Not wasting a scrap of food – all goes to compost and anaerobic digestion rather than landfill
WHAT WAS THE IMPACT?
- Redistribution introduces the brand to new customers, some who convert to being regulars
- Avoiding needless food waste is socially positive by providing nutritious meals to vulnerable people
