Our one Michelin-starred hotel restaurant in Ireland is simply named The House Restaurant at The Cliff House Hotel.
The fine dining experience is open for dinner with its first sitting at 6.30pm, and second at 8:00pm. We offer an eight course tasting menu with an emphasis on seafood in our ocean side dining room.
Sustainable practices are prioritised at House with our recycling practices, sustainable fish, the fermenting of our waste and our use of ingredients. For example parsley stems are used in our House Restaurant and the leaves then used in our hotels Bar Restaurant. Deer loin is used in our House Restaurant while the shoulder and legs are used in the Bar Restaurant. We grow over 50% of all vegetables for our House Restaurant and pick approximately 30% from the wild.
