We serve classic Italian and American favourites in a family-friendly environment, offering a menu of pizza, pasta, steaks, burgers and more. As well as serve up feel-good food, we’re committed to doing whatever we can to have a positive impact on our world and the people around us. From our sirloin steaks and bacon cheeseburgers to our fish, we ensure that the suppliers we work with stick to strict standards of animal welfare and sustainability. For our steaks, which are locally sourced from British and Irish farmed beef, the cattle are reared to Bord Bia standards, which ensures a high benchmark in safety, traceability, and welfare. We source MSC-certified fish rated 3 or below and for farmed fish and seafood we source minimum global gap or BAP 2*. Being a family-friendly restaurant, we want to ensure kids who dine with us have the option of a balanced meal, which is why every kid’s meal is served with a free veg pot and spiralised veg can be added to our pasta dishes! We introduced the Toucan cleaning system across our sites in 2021, toucan lets you make your own multi-surface disinfectant cleaner from just water, salt and electricity – replacing the need for multiple cleaning chemicals and single use plastic bottles. We are a founding member of Hospitality Zero Carbon Forum and co-chairing working group, moving to measure and report on Scope 3 emissions, and developing roadmap to net zero.We are always happy to network and share our experiences with the industry, please get in touch via the community.
