Situated in Bali, an Island community, we work closely with fishermen from the coasts, farmers around our locality, and gardens up in the Kintamani highlands.
At the same time having our own garden that highlights ingredients that we use in our cuisine as well as our drinks.
The restaurant revolves around our wood-fire oven and hearth, mostly used to prepare and cook on wood-fire with minimal use for gas.
