As the saying goes, ‘whatever grows together, goes together’. Over the years we have built meaningful & productive relationships with our suppliers to create a seasonally changing menu which is both sourced locally and concentrates on sustainability. The majority of our meat is supplied by Gill Wing, an organic free range farm in Eridge, Sussex, less than an hour away from Borough. The remainder is from The Butchers Block, just a short cycle away from our pub.
We serve truly traditional pub grub, scrumptious desserts and Sunday roast with all the trimmings.
The Roebuck sits at the leafier end of Great Dover Street in the heart of Borough. Proudly independent the pub focuses on organic wine, locally brewed beers and a sustainably conscience menu. Loved by locals, this beautiful and unique grade two listed building is something of a hidden gem.
