The Zetter Hotel

The Zetter Hotel

Opened in March 2004, The Zetter is the brainchild of fellow restaurateurs Michael Benyan and Mark Sainsbury who joined forces to buy an old Victorian warehouse building in the heart of the neighbourhood, and embarked upon a massive hotel renovation project. Named The Zetter, it was once home to the football pools company of the same name, the newly transformed 59-room boutique hotel and restaurant opened to instant acclaim. The Zetter?s spacious ground floor restaurant newly re-launched in February 2010 as ?Bistrot Bruno Loubet? looks onto the historic cobbled stones of St John?s Square, through its floor-to-ceiling windows and is bathed in natural light. Bruno Loubet has brought his distinctive style of modern bistrot food to The Zetter. His renowned creativity and attention to detail is evident in every menu.Bruno uses classical techniques to produce an exciting combination of hearty regional food, contemporary dishes and reinterpreted classics. A delicate use of spice, Asian and North African ingredients help create his unique take on modern bistrot food. Bistrot Bruno Loubet is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a House Menu that is available throughout the day and ?after hours?.
