With the inspired help of our expert friend Theo Randall, one of the country’s most celebrated chefs, we continually evolve our menu to bring our passion for Italy to life. Theo is renowned for his knowledge and passion of Italian food and we’ve worked with him for over 3 years to transform our menu.
At ASK Italian we’re proud to only purchase a British milk along with fair trade coffee, hot chocolate and sugar and only source free range whole eggs. We separate food waste for offsite composting or anaerobic digestion and each site recycles as many waste items as possible. Our used cooking oil is collected and processed into biofuel and we work with suppliers on efficient delivery systems to reduce associate carbon footprint and negative impacts associated with each site receiving regular deliveries.
