For our steaks, which are locally sourced from British and Irish farmed beef, the cattle are reared to Bord Bia standards, which ensures a high benchmark in safety, traceability, and welfare. We achieved 85% in our ‘Value Natural Resources’ section in our 3* 2022 Rating by having targets in place across energy, water, carbon, and gas and introducing the Toucan cleaning system across our sites. Toucan lets you make your own multi-surface disinfectant cleaner from just water, salt and electricity – replacing the need for multiple cleaning chemicals and single use plastic bottles. We are a founding member of Hospitality Zero Carbon Forum and co-chairing working group, moving to measure and report on Scope 3 emissions, and developing roadmap to net zero.
